Jeramy Yost, Head Lint Buster and the region’s only Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician (C-DET), has been in Central Oregon since 2001. After spending six years in the commercial laundry business, Jeramy transitioned to ductwork cleaning, including dryer vent cleaning. Astonished by the amount of debris he was pulling out of dryer vents every day, Jeramy felt compelled to educate friends and family about the unsuspecting danger lurking in their laundry rooms. This noble cause to help prevent disastrous fires has quickly evolved into a business that serves all of Central Oregon today. Jeramy and his wife Valerie live in Tumalo with their two children, Natalie and Jameson and faithful dog, Daisy.
The Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) provides the leading education and certification for the chimney and venting industry. The Institute offers certification for dryer exhaust technicians who pass rigorous testing about all aspects of dryer vent servicing and is the only national recognition of its kind. Lint Busters of Central Oregon is the first and only CSIA Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician in Oregon, east of the Cascades. We take our business, and more importantly, our customers’ safety, very seriously. And we have the credentials to prove it. For us, dryer vent cleaning is not an add-on service. It’s our only service.
